StarFun Games is an indie game studio based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The Services provide information about our studio, games, careers, and commission work, and allow you to contact us or subscribe to development updates.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you should use the Services only with permission from a parent or guardian.

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm us or other users.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, probe, or reverse engineer the Services.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or abusive content through our forms.
• Do not use automated means to overwhelm our systems: we apply rate limits and bot protection.
• Do not attempt to access admin areas or other users' data without authorization.

All content on the Services: including logos, text, artwork, game names, and media: is owned by StarFun Games or our licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Information you submit through our contact or commission forms does not create a binding contract. Any commissioned work is subject to separate written agreement, scope, timeline, and payment terms. Budget ranges shown on the site are indicative only.

You represent that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share any materials you provide.

If you send us ideas, feedback, portfolios, or other materials, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, administer recruitment, or improve our Services. This does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property.

Job listings on the Services are for information only. Applications sent by email are handled under our Privacy Notice. Submitting an application does not create an employment contract.

If you subscribe to development updates, you consent to receive occasional emails about our projects. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting hello@starfungames.com.

The Services may link to third-party sites (itch.io, Steam, social networks, etc.). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of those sites is at your own risk.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StarFun Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or USD $100 if you paid nothing).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
